After many years working in care and supporting elderly and vulnerable adults, I decided to start my own care service — inspired by the people I cared for and their families. Time and time again, I was told how much reassurance, comfort, and trust my presence brought, and how they wished I could always be the familiar face providing their care. That encouragement made me realise there was nothing stopping me from offering the kind of care I truly believe in.

My greatest area of expertise is supporting people living with dementia and their families. I am qualified with a Dementia Care Certificate and have extensive first-hand experience working with individuals at different stages of dementia. I understand not only the condition itself, but also the emotional impact it has on families, and I strive to offer reassurance, patience, and genuine understanding at every step.

Alongside dementia care, I also support elderly and vulnerable adults with a wide range of needs. I hold a Mental Health Awareness Level 2 qualification and have completed additional virtual training in dementia care. With over 25 years of experience, I bring both professional knowledge and genuine compassion to my work.

I am a kind, empathetic person who takes great pride in what I do. I don’t see care as “just a job” — I treat every individual as if they were a member of my own family. My aim is always to make a real, positive difference to the lives of those I support, helping them live as independently as possible with dignity, respect, and comfort.
